So who are we?
The Trust was incorporated as a company limited by guarantee on 4th September 2000. The memorandum and articles of association are based on model rules for a charitable company. The Trust became a charity in July 2004.
Initialy known as the Somerset Trust for Sustainable Development, the new name Ecos Trust was chosen in early 2007 to reflect our more regional focus.
