The developement will offer 32 properties with 16 being offered to the open market, the site is currently at the pre-planning stage and it is hoped that a large area within the site will be designated as a communal greenspace.  This will be designed so that it winds its way through the scheme offering places to sit and also offer small interspersed play areas which have a safe but open feel.

A number of existing barns are to be renovated creating both exciting, and highly energy efficient  homes which will compliment the new build houses.  Local materials and design features will be mixed with contemporary technologies and sustainable construction methods.  These will include renewable energy sources such as Solar Panels and sustainable materials such as recycled wood, newspaper and wool.
